Orders - Terms and Conditions
Whilst we endeavour to keep all our products in stock this will not always be the case, if an order is placed for an item that is not currently in stock you will be notified immediately and given a date for despatch, you will also be given the option of a refund if the timescale exceeds your expectations. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within five working days and will then arrive the following working day, delivery will be by courier. Free delivery is provided for deliveries made Monday to Friday, however, there will be a surcharge if a Saturday delivery is required or a guaranteed AM delivery.
Please check all amounts before confirming your purchase.
All turf comes with a 10-15 year manufacturers guarantee dependant on type.
When rolled or folded the turf will crease. On delivery of turf un-fold and lay out on a flat surface, once installed creases will reduce on a daily basis and this can be helped by brushing the surface. If creases are present this does not constitute a fault with the product.
5. Cancellations and Returns
If on delivery you deem your purchase to be defective you must contact us within 5 working days of delivery to arrange collection. A collection charge will be made for anything other than defective/faulty goods. In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations 2000 (applicable to internet sales only) you have the right to cancel your order up to 7 days after you have received the goods. Cancellation must be notified to us in writing at either Unit 14, Drome Road, Deeside Industrial Estate, CH5 2NY or to email@example.com. A full refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, less any costs incurred by us for collection. Please re-package all items to the standard they were received in.
6. Free Delivery
Free delivery is applicable to all turf orders placed at full web RRP. There will be surcharges for any deliveries to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland. External couriers are used for all deliveries, therefore, we cannot take responsibility for delayed deliveries as this is out of our control.
The Contract is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
None of the above terms and conditions affect your statutory rights.

Generally, we process your information as required to fulfill our contact with you and maintain a trading relationship. Once your payment has been processed the only information held on our password protected accounts system is your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address.
How long do we hold information for?
Any information that we do hold is stored purely to maintain a trading relationship with our customers and suppliers. All information is stored securely.
We will generally hold personal and customer information for seven years from the date of your last order, in line with legal and tax requirements.
Hi-Tech Turf Ltd do not store or retain any banking or payment information once a payment has been processed.
Delivery notes will only be held for accounting purposes and as proof of delivery and for a maximum period of 3 months. All delivery notes are stored securely and are destroyed once payment has been received for the invoice relating to that delivery.
Control of personal information
We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties.
If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please write to us at Unit 14 Drome Road, Deeside Industrial Park, CH5 2NY or email us on firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
You may request details of personal information which we hold about you or request the erasure of information by contacting us at the above address. We will supply the information requested within one month.
